According to 《Higher education law of the People's Republic of China》and regulations of Wuhan University, the China Enterprises-Employee Match Survey International Committee (refer to The Committee below) is established by CEES’s performing organization--Wuhan University Institute of Quality Development Strategy (China Enterprise Research Centre).
The Committee is carried out as the consulting organization for China Enterprises-Employee Match Survey by the Wuhan University Institute of Quality Development Strategy (China Enterprise Research Centre)
The aim of committee is to provide professional consultation for China Enterprises-Employee Match Survey, which mainly includes CEES’s development objectives, sampling, research content, etc.
The Committee is constituted of several experts, including one director, one secretary, and several members. The suitable candidate of secretary shall elect from relevant personnel of CEES’s performing organization who shall run the administration work for the Committee.
The Committee shall hold meetings regularly or irregularly. The Committee’s director or secretary shall be in charge of the meeting. The meeting is allowed to be in the form of being on the scene, online video conference, email confirmation, etc. The minutes of the meeting shall be prepared by a scientific research secretary who shall report to Wuhan University Institute of Quality Development Strategy
To raise or expend The Committee’s operating expense shall be based on the earmarking principle. The expense shall be managed under the Wuhan University Institute of Quality Development Strategy’s financial system.
The power of interpretation of this agreement shall be vested in the Wuhan University Institute of Quality Development Strategy
